Product was as advertised and arrived in a timely fashion. It adjusts to holding a flag horizontally which is needed with a lot of decorative flags.

I mounted this to a tree and the flag was subject to the normal winds. It only took a year for the bracket to break between the screws and drop the flag holding portion with the pole and flag to the ground. An identical plastic one survives because I put heavy wire made from clothes hangers on either side and screwed them to the tree to minimize flexing. It would be ideal if there were a bracket like this made out of cadmium plated iron!

I bought this flag holder on amazon along with my flag pole and flag. it was about 1/2 the price as the same or similar items I had in my local stores. if you don't mine waiting for shipping get this mount.

By marsh Our flag bracket was broken during 60+mph winds and replaced free of charge within 2 days of my call. Lessons learnt 1) do not fly your flag in 60+mph and 2) deal with a reputable company like The Flag Center. Their customer service was excellent and I would recommend them to a friend.
